What happens if a book is out of stock? Most backordered items will be so marked in your shopping cart. If for some reason, an item is not available after we receive your order, a representative from Kalmbach Publishing will notify you. In any case, backordered items are not billed to your credit card until they are shipped.

What if I don't want to order online? To Phone in your order If you are uncomfortable placing an order via the Internet, you may phone, mail, or fax your order. For phone orders, browse our catalog to find the items you want. Select your items and place them in the shopping cart. When finished selecting items, click Check Out, fill in your shipping information and print the page. Then call our toll-free order number at 800-533-6644 (outside the U.S. and Canada, please call 262-796-8776, ext. 661), Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Central Time, to speak to a representative.

To Fax in your order If you wish to fax your order, select your items and place them in the shopping cart. When finished selecting items, click Check Out, fill in your shipping information and click Continue. Complete the billing and credit card information and print the page. Fax the order form to Customer Sales and Service at 262-796-1615. Orders received after normal business hours will be processed the next business day.

To Mail in your order If you wish to mail your order, select your items and place them in the shopping cart. When finished selecting items, click Check Out, fill in your shipping information and click Continue. If paying by credit card, complete the billing and credit card information and print the page. If paying by check or money order, simply print the page and include a check or money order made out to "Kalmbach Publishing Company". Checks must be payable in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank.
