Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied. If you are ever unhappy with anything you purchase from Kalmbach Publishing Co., you may return it for a refund, replacement, or exchange. Damaged or defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

To exchange an item
Directions to exchange an item can be found on the back of your packing slip. To exchange an item, simply send it back and include the packing slip with your exchange request. Clearly label the outside of the package to Kalmbach Publishing Co. and include your return address. You may include your written order for the exchange item or call toll-free 800-533-6644 and a customer service representative will take your order for the exchange item with a credit card. The refund for your original item will be processed when your return is received. For your protection, we suggest you return merchandise via insured mail or UPS (United Parcel Service).

To return an item
Directions to return an item can be found on the back of your packing slip. To return an item without requesting an exchange, simply place your return in the original packaging, and include the packing slip with your return. Please include your name, address, daytime telephone number and reason for the return on the back of the packing slip. Clearly label the outside of the package to Kalmbach Publishing Co. and include your return address. As soon as we receive your return, your refund will be processed.
