We want you to enjoy your Kalmbach Publishing items as soon as possible. Most in-stock items are usually shipped the next business day. If you need something quickly, you can call our Customer Service Department for expedited shipping options.

Sales tax
U.S. Orders
Kalmbach Publishing Co. is required by federal law to collect sales tax on merchandise for states where we have a retail presence or other physical locations, which include the following states: Pennsylvania (6%) & Wisconsin (5.1%). Because sales tax is applied based on where the order is shipped, orders sent to an address in one of the above listed states will be subject to sales taxes. Sales tax applies to merchandise only. Magazine subscriptions are not taxable.

Canadian Orders
GST of 5% is added to subtotal of order.

International Orders
Sales tax is not added to any international orders.

Shipping
Most in-stock items are shipped (with no extra rush charges) the next business day. Domestic orders are shipped via the most efficient carrier available in your delivery area. Allow 10-15 days for delivery. Orders to PO boxes and APOs are shipped by US Mail. Canadian and foreign orders are shipped by a forwarding service. Allow 4-5 weeks for Canadian deliveries and all other international deliveries. Orders placed during the weekend are processed on Monday, except during some holidays. Alternate shipping methods are available by calling our Customer Service department at 800-533-6644. Additional shipping charges may apply.

If your item is temporarily out of stock or on back order, we will notify you via mail.

All charges quoted below are in U.S. funds.
